He had deep conviction in the business prospects and coupled with his commitment he made significant strides in the chosen business segment. He expanded the business rapidly and over a period of time established himself as a specialist in Reefer Transport Business.
In an industry which did not see many organized players, he firmly believed that sustainable growth and progress is possible only when the business adopts to professional work culture and therefore emphasised on systems, processes and procedures. His professional approach coupled with deep conviction that people are the most important asset of the organization, has resulted in quick ascent for the business.
He is a Commerce Graduate, by qualification and an astute business person.

Foraying into the container transportation business in 1997, despite the very drastic down-turn in the national economy and, more particularly, the trade at that time, Sri Kuldip Santram Chauhan, with his deep conviction and commitment, took all challenges in his stride and very soon made a name for himself as a trusted operator in container transportation and logistics. His prior back-ground, 1991 onwards, as senior manager with the world-renowned container PTI corporate and pioneers of trailer-slung gen-sets, Dolphin Marine, Mumbai, provided him with vast skills & expertise related to the business. With accumulated first-hand knowledge and the innate ability to read the pulse of the trade accurately and instinctively, he expanded his business rapidly.
The Founder's 28 years of experience reflects in the fine-tuning of operations and the Group now offers transportation solutions mainly to the pharmaceutical sector,requiring gen-set equipped trailers to move export i import reefers under strictlycontrolled temperature and humidity.
Sanket transport also provides, on demand, limited transportation facilities for dry containers and also services in respect of dairy products, fruits, vegetables, live plants etc.

Container Export & Import in Western India are mainly routed through NhavaSheva, Mundra and Kandla ports and the important destinations linked to these ports include:

The Group Fleet strength is now 51 GPS-enabled articulated Tata & Ashok Leyland 40' Trailers, all equipped with 25 KVA 3-phase 44AV-49 Amp diesel gen-sets {Single & Double} to power the reefer refrigeration systems. A network of attached trailers is also available to supplement requirements during times of excessive orders & demand. A versatile & resourceful team of talented managers, office & field staff, as also very dedicated drivers & escorts with route familiarity, contribute greatly towards efficient fleet functioning, ensuring punctuality with timely pick-up and delivery of consignments.
In-house well-equipped workshop / garage facilities, with expert supervisors & technicians, are active round the clock and the fleet vehicles are regularly inspected after every trip and meticulously maintained for good roadworthiness. The Group has tie-ups with workshops en route to and at the different destinations serviced, to take care of any emergencies and mobile vans are on alert to take care of any minor break-downs.
